Once the candidate has completed their RTW Check and results are returned we expect to see either a passed or failed status. However, there are some results that needs further evaluation so that the candidate can be guided accordingly on how they can passed their RTW Check.
EXPIRED candidate will only have 2 weeks for them to complete their RTW check once the invite had gone out.
Note: If the candidate still needs to complete their RTW check, a new request has to be created. A new version/profile for the candidate has to be created in order to request a new RTW check.
Sample 1
Insufficient Evidence in this case, we can clearly see that Liveliness and face scored only '0'. When we view the report, we will usually see that their liveliness is not clear or blurry reasons are noted. Hence, the reason for a failed RTW Check.
The candidate can no longer redo this process. A new version/profile for the candidate has to be created in order for them to have the ability to go through to the process again of completing their RTW check.
Sample 2
In this sample, we can see that the Liveliness scored 100 but faces only at 60 returning to master score of 42.7 only. It means that the system has identified that this is a live person however, the face score is not enough. Please note that master score must be 45 or greater and an identity profile of medium (M) or greater has to be achieved in order to pass the check.
Sample 3
In this sample, liveliness was not included at all. This would mean that there's no liveliness and face that has been detected. The candidate either have done the process incorrectly or they clicked on 'do not verify me' option.
Sample 4
In this case, we can see that there's no 'Passport' included compared to the previous sample. Giving us the idea that their passport was expired reason that it was rejected.
Sample 5
'Bypassed' Status
Part of the digital ID journey is a lookup of the National SIRA "database" for fraudulent activity - what we refer to as an ID Check.
In this case, the ID check has identified that there was a match for a fraud record from one of the sources in the data base, we don't manage the data base and neither does Hooyu, we only report on records that are part of the data base and included in the National SIRA syndicate.
It's important to note that this does not mean that the end user is fraudulent, it just means that their ID has been associated with fraudulent behaviour - they may be the perpetrator or the victim or other.
The end user (candidate) can request information or contest an adverse filing raising a subject access request via Synectics"s website. https://www.synectics-solutions.com/data-sar
They won’t be able to remove the flag but can indicate which National SIRA member provided the fraud match. The individual will need to contact that member to get it removed.
Note: As part of best practices when reviewing returned results would be to by viewing the report itself. This will help on identifying the specific reasons for candidates failing their RTW check.
Another important thing to note would be if the red 'X' is showing on Right to Work remarks this would mean that this check is already completed. The candidate can no longer use the same link/invite that had been sent to them. A new version/profile for the candidate has to be created in order for them to have the ability to go through to the process again of completing their RTW check.
