As a candidate, you will be receiving an invite link to start your RTW Check. Upon clicking the link, you will start by providing your consent and verifying your details and identity. This will be followed by adding a referees (note: some recruiter do not ask for a referee).

After this stage, you will see the RTW Check process as below.

Please ensure to fill in all "REQUIRED' details and review all your answers before clicking 'SUBMIT'. The information you will enter should be the same detail you have on your passport.

Once you click submit, you can no longer make any changes. But feel free to reach out to support@referoo.com.au or through the Referoo Chatbot on any Referoo page for any help needed.

During the process, you will be prompted to complete the below:

Liveliness: either the camera is blurry and unable to take photo clearly or the background is a bit dark or to light.

​Passport: Capture all 4 corners of the document. Entire text must be sharp and clear. Nothing obscuring the document (e.g. fingers). Make sure that the information you have on your passport matched on the details you provided earlier. Passport should be a valid UK passport.

In some cases, you might be asked also to provide your Driving Licence or Proof of Address, so best if you also have this.

Once completed, your recruiter will be notified and see the result of your RTW Check.
