Referoo allows for the use of Single Sign On (SSO) through Azure AD. This is done using OAuth, also known as ODBC.

The way Referoo SSO uses doesn't have any back-and-forth communication, and is only used to verify the email of the account to be used, so the email must match EXACTLY in the Azure and Referoo system.

SSO via SAML is NOT supported, and will not allow for automated account creation.

In some cases, whitelisting is required for what can access the Azure account, in which case the following email will need to be whitelisted:

If you want to force users to use SSO instead of allowing for the option of username and password, please speak to your account manager who can assist you.
