Once all of your referee details are entered in and you press the Submit button, this will display a popup asking you to confirm that all contact details for your referees are correct. Click 'Yes' to finish submitting the details. Make sure you wait for the green success notice to appear at the top of the page to let you know the process is complete before closing the window.
If you have an issue with the submit button not working, make sure you have filled out every box with your referee's information, typed your name into the final box for a digital signature, and clicked 'yes' on the popup that asks you to confirm referee email addresses.
Error messages will appear towards the top of the page if any referee details aren't provided, or if some details may be incorrect. Scroll back up to the top of the page to check for these messages and then make the updates needed.
If that does not solve the issue, there may be something on your computer/phone blocking the form from being submitted. Try through another computer/phone if you can, or contact us through the Chatbot or Support@referoo.com.au for help.
