If your recruiter has requested it, you may be asked to pay for additional checks they're requesting prior to employment. You will not be able to proceed with the checks until they are paid for.
In these cases there are 2 ways you may be asked to do this.
Method 1 - Payments Outside of Referoo
Some checks will need the cost paid to the provider. In these cases, your dashboard will have a link to direct you to the check providers website where you pay using their portal and fill out further details as required by the check.
Method 2 - Payments Inside of Referoo
Some checks will be able to be paid for through Referoo. If this is is how payment will be requested, you will see a payment portal on the My Details page.
GST/VAT or other applicable taxes will be indicated, and the total to pay is what will be charged to your card. It will appear on your card statement with the Line Item as the description.
