Q: What is the difference between an Education check and a Professional Qualification check?
Education verification checks confirm the type of degree the candidate has, honors received, and date of completion directly with the school/university registrar.
Professional Qualification checks provide the assurance that the candidate that is being considered for hiring has the skills and experience needed to do their job. This is done by verifying the validity of a candidate's professional qualification, membership, or certification, ensuring that it has not lapsed, and is in good standing.
Q: How do you perform an employment verification check?
A: Our team will contact the human resources or payroll department of previous employers to confirm details such as dates of employment, positions held, reasons for leaving, etc. Our team will highlight any discrepancies about past achievements or responsibilities to be followed up with the candidate.
Q: How do you perform an address verification check?
A: The check is conducted by validating the address proof provided by the candidate. The process involves examining the documents provided and cross-referencing them with relevant databases.
Q: How do you perform an academic achievement/ education check?
A: The check is conducted via the educational institution's registrar office, through a third-party records custodian partnered with the educational institution or online verification where the institute subscribes.
